Hi, I'm Courtney Coats,

I am a registered Developmental Educator, teacher and Inclusive Education Consultant with over a decade of experience leading curriculum, wellbeing, and learning design across Australian schools.

I’m passionate about helping educators and leaders unlock the potential of every learner by building systems and practices that are inclusive, evidence-driven, and sustainable.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how the right support, tools, and mindset can transform learning and wellbeing, not just for students, but for the teachers who guide them.

My mission is simple: to partner with schools, families and organisations to design learning environments where every child can flourish, and where educators, leaders and families feel confident, capable, and connected.
